Mission & Vision

Helping build dynamic, growing churches Christ's way for the glory of God.

To be a premier ministry of exposition (Scriptures), education (professional), consultation, exhortation, and friendship to a growing number of pastors and churches, resulting in a fuller experience of the purposes of the New Testament church in dynamic growth.

  1. Biblical Authority - God has spoken to us through the Bible and we recognize it as the final authority for our lives, churches, and ChristWay Ministries.
  2. Intimacy with God - God desires an intimate growing relationship with Himself, with each believer, with the church's leadership modeling and mentoring the way, and within ChristWay Ministries.
  3. Growing Pastors & Churches - Jesus is building His church, which requires dedicated, gifted, called, growing, and skilled leadership, who matter to God - every church rises and falls on leadership, including ChristWay Ministries.
  4. Fruitfulness & Effectiveness - Just as the Lord emphasized "fruit bearing" and the sustaining of that fruit, ChristWay Ministries is committed to helping churches and pastors experience measurable fruit, growth, and long-term health.
  5. Intentional Mentoring For Reproduction - We are responsible to pass along to faithful others the knowledge, skills and opportunities that have been entrusted to us.
  6. Authentic Community - Accountability, belonging, care, and spiritual growth happen best with relationally connected mentors and leaders.
  7. Excellence In All Things - God is excellence, and He is honored and glorified with excellence on the part of His people and ministries.
  8. Creativity and Innovation - Though the biblical message does not change, there are changing cultures, man-made traditions and preferences, necessitating creativity and innovation in methods and programs for greater fruitfulness.
  9. Commitment to Integrity - We seek to honor Christ Jesus in all that we are and do, including the faithful stewardship of time, gifts, finances, and relationships.
